This policy explains how HIIRS ("we") handles information you share with us through this website. It is a working draft and should be reviewed by legal counsel for the markets you operate in.

Information we collect

• Details you submit in inquiry and sample forms: name, company, business email, phone or WhatsApp, country, website and your message.
• The page you sent the inquiry from and campaign parameters (such as UTM tags), so we know which content helped you.
• Your IP address and browser type at the time of submission, used to prevent abuse of the form.

First-party visit statistics

This site keeps its own visit statistics so we can see which pages and buttons lead to inquiries. For that it sets two first-party cookies: np_vid (a random visitor id, one year) and np_sid (a session id, one hour). We record the pages you open, the buttons you click and how long a page stays visible, together with your browser type, device class and country. We do not store your IP address (only a salted hash of it), search terms or anything you type. No third-party analytics or advertising cookies are set, and this data is not shared with anyone.

Analytics cookies

If analytics is enabled on this site we use Google Analytics 4 with Google Consent Mode: advertising cookies are never used, and visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are asked before analytics cookies are set. Without consent, Google receives only anonymous, cookieless signals.

How we use it

• To answer your inquiry, prepare quotes and samples, and follow up on your project.
• To improve our website and content.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the website and deliver your inquiry.

Retention and your rights

We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and our business relationship. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing sales@hiirsman.com.
