Every sachet prints the lot number and expiry date. A certificate of analysis follows each batch; a sample certificate is available before you order.

The full supplement facts panel per strip is on this site and on the pack: fourteen actives with amounts and NRV, plus the film base.
Clean label
No hormones, no caffeine, no stimulants. The pack says not to combine HIIRS with other supplements or medication; we keep that warning on every format.
