How to evaluate a men’s vitality brand before you stock it
Seven questions a buyer should ask any men’s vitality supplement brand: formula transparency, documentation, format, packaging, pricing, exclusivity and support.
- Ask for the full ingredient list with amounts per serving; a brand that will not show it is not a brand to stock.
- A certificate of analysis per batch and a lot number on every unit are the minimum documentation.
- Judge the pack as a fixture: will it sell from the counter without a sales assistant?
- Get the price list and the logistics sheet together; margin without case pack is half a number.
The men’s vitality category is crowded, and some of it is poorly documented. Here are the seven questions we think every buyer should ask, and how HIIRS answers them.
1. What is in it, exactly?
Ask for the ingredient list with amounts per serving, not just a list of names. HIIRS publishes the supplement facts panel per strip on this site: fourteen actives with amounts and NRV percentages, plus the film base ingredients.
2. What documentation comes with it?
Minimum: a product specification sheet, a certificate of analysis per batch, a lot number and expiry on every retail unit. HIIRS provides all three, plus manufacturing documentation and label artwork files on request.
3. What does the format do for the customer?
A format should solve something. A sublingual strip dissolves in about five seconds, needs no water and comes as a single-serve sachet. That is a reason to try it at the counter; a bottle of capsules is not.
4. Does the pack sell itself?
Look at the retail unit as a fixture. HIIRS ships in a 20-sachet display box that stands open on the counter; the holographic foil on the sachets is the signage. If a product needs a sales pitch to move, it will not move.
5. What is the real margin?
Ask for the price list and the logistics sheet together. Margin per unit means little without units per case and boxes per pallet, because that decides the cash tied up per reorder and the landed cost.
6. Can I get exclusivity?
For distributors, yes: HIIRS offers country or regional exclusivity with co-branded campaigns, point-of-sale material, volume rebates and priority replenishment. Retailers and wholesalers get tiered pricing without exclusivity.
7. What support follows the first order?
Marketing kit (renders, photography, copy guidelines), reorder within 48 hours for stock partners, English and local-language artwork for distribution partners, and one business day to answer any question.
The short version
Transparent formula, documented batches, a format with a reason to exist, a pack that works as a fixture, honest pricing, exclusivity where it is earned, and support after the sale. Ask every brand the same seven questions and the shortlist writes itself.
